Takuya Kai (甲斐(かい) (たく)() Kai Takuya?) is the main protagonist of Juukou B-Fighter. He is a 23-year-old entomologist at the Earth Academia who transforms into Blue Beet (ブルービート Burū Bīto?), the leader of B-Fighter[1].

History[]

Juukou B-Fighter[]

Takuya joined Earth Academia six months ago to solve various problems on Earth. He was the first to meet Guru in the South American rainforest, he was also the first to gain a B-Commander & use his suit. A blood sample from Takuya was used by the evil sorcerer Jagul in the creation of his evil clone Shadow with the help of a kamikirimushi (long-horned beetle). Knowing that Shadow is a clone of himself, he loses his fighting spirit and leaves the front line from the feeling of self-responsibility that "the cause of Shadow is himself", but he regains his fighting spirit after realizing that he can end his fate with Shadow.

In Episode 45, Takuya lost his will to fight due to Shadow revealing that he is his clone in episode 43 but got back in the fight in Episode 47.

In Episode 51, Takuya made a final single combat with the Black Beet, and became a trade-off. Even though he died, he was given a life by Saint Papilia, who was impressed by his desire to prioritize many lives on Earth over himself, and achieved a resurrection.

After that, in the joint force with Janperson, Gun Gibson, and Blue SWAT, he renewed his determination with the scolding and help of the two major heroes, although he once pulled his legs with a dance from the pride of defeating Jamahl, defeated the Destructive God Jagul, who is also the creator of the Shadow.

B-Fighter Kabuto[]

After the defeat of Jagul, he worked at the Beetle Base along with Guru to form a New Generation of B-Fighters. He returned along with his team on Episodes 25-27, and 47 to help the New B Fighters. After Guru died protecting the insects from Dargriffon, and their B-Commanders disappeared, he buried Guru in the cave where he first found him.

Super Blue Beet

In Episode 36, Blue Beet gained the ability to evolve into Super Blue Beet (スーパーブルービート Sūpā Burū Bīto?) using Beet Ingram and Takuya's fierce anger.

As a physical feature, a Generator Parts (ジェネレーターパーツ Jenerētā Pātsu?) are equipped on the left arm and the shins of both legs, a Power Generator (パワージェネレーター Pawā Jenerētā?) reminiscent of a four huge metallic insectoid wings is formed on the back, and a Plasma Dischargers is growing from his wrists and ankles.

Its ability surpasses that of Blue Beet, it does not accept all the rays attack from the enemy, and in close combat it has the power to blow off monsters with just one hand punch, so it can be said to be virtually invincible and has the strongest fighting ability of all armor.

Takuya transforms to Super Blue Beet with the command "Metal-phose!" (重甲超進化(メタルフォーゼ) Metarufōze?), and in this mode he can employ the full power of the Beet Ingram. Energy is collected in his wings and is then transferred to the Beet Ingram Final Mode, releasing the Super Final Blow.
