Video Transmitters[]

The Video Transmitters (or VTs for short) are hand-held devices with a video screen used for communication when they are far apart. J.B. can also analyze samples from his VT. Each of them are color-coded for each Trooper's armor.

Sidearms[]

JB & Kaitlin's Laser Pistols[]

The Laser Pistol is the common firearm both J.B. & Kaitlin are equipped with. They both have targeting viewscreens for extra accuracy. They use it for long-range attack or as a last resort. When J.B. & Kaitlin combine their lasers for extra firepower, it is referred to as the Unifocus Firepower attack, more commonly called the VR Double Team.

Ryan's Laser Pistol[]

Ryan Steele is also equipped with a Laser Pistol when he acquires his new armor, for long-range attacks or unplanned strategies. Like JB and Kaitlyn's weapons, it is also equipped with a screen-based targeting scope.

VR Super Saber[]

The VR Super Saber is a sword-like weapon used by J.B. It powers up into J.B.'s Laser Lance Command.

Laser Lance[]

The Laser Lance Command is a very powerful laser used by J.B. to penetrate right through enemies destroying them by running electric current thought out the inside & out of their bodies. Often a mutant would throw its hands up to show surrender, while others would continue fighting. Sometimes a mutant would be so difficult to take down that doing so completely exhausted the laser lance's power source, and on one instance, a mutant was so powerful that the laser lance was only able to do scratch damage, and in another instance, the mutant had to be frozen solid to weaken it enough to be vulnerable to the laser lance attack. When not energized, the one-blade mode is called the VR Super Saber.

The Laser Lance, and its Spielban counterpart, Twin Blade, served as inspiration for the double-bladed lightsabers in Star Wars.

VR Techno Bazooka[]

Laser Saber[]

The Laser Saber is a sword weapon used by Ryan Steele, that came along with the new powers he acquired. It could be stored in his belt when not in use. When it came time to finish off one of Grimlord's mutant creatures, the VR Laser Saber Command would energize the blade and allow Ryan to perform a slashing finisher, much like JB's Laser Lance Command. Unlike the VR Super Saber, the Laser Saber does not have a regular mode name.

VR Shoulder Cannon[]

The VR Shoulder Cannon (also known as the VR Super Cannon) is used by Ryan Steele in season two to stop Grimlord's Virtual Air Force. It shoots a very powerful dual particle beam which can stop anything in its tracks. It appears to be a transformed state of the unnamed flying shuttle Ryan occasionally flew inside, and utilized to store the VR Combat Module and VR Nitro Cycle. It also appeared to be fired via hologram; in these respects, it very much resembled the link between the Sky Base and JB's VR Techno Bazooka.

Unnamed Sickle Weapon[]

Kaitlin is also equipped with a dual-bladed sickle-like weapon.

VR Kaitlin Double Team[]

Grimlord created a clone called Kaitlin Two using Kaitlin's reflection with a Virtual Mirror Replicator. She changed sides from serving Grimlord to helping the Troopers. Professor Hart uses the device to put the two Kaitlins back together, but Jeb accidentally breaks the mirror transmitter. As a result, Kaitlin is given a new ability when she to split into two by calling "VR Kaitlin Double Team!" for extra help. When she retroforms, she automatically returns as her reflection, and can do this by calling "VR Kaitlin Double Team Retroform".

Vehicles[]

Kaitlin's car[]

The Troopers use Kaitlin's car as transportation to Professor Hart's lab & to wherever roads are not available or to avoid unneeded traffic. Alas, this sometimes renders them to be vulnerable to Grimlord's Virtual Fighters.

VR Battlecruier[]

The VR Battlecruiser, also known as the VR Land Assault Vehicle, is an assault tank used whenever Grimlord sends out tanks & heavy armored vehicles to break through the reality barrier. This assault vehicle is very powerful when fighting off Grimlord's vehicular forces, including General Ivar's Ravage Tank. It is stored in the VRSky Base. Ryan Steele is the primary pilot, though JB and Kaitlyn have piloted it on occasions. If needed, a drill tip could be exposed in the center via folding panels; this would be used for underground ops and for sabotaging Grimlord's tanks. A dual barreled cannon could be exposed from the right side of the vessel for firepower needs.

VR Interceptor[]

The VR Interceptor is a fighter jet piloted by Ryan that enables him to utilize slick maneuvers, especially when facing off against Virtual Fighters and General Ivar's Ravage Tank in its' flight configuration. It is armed with lasers. When not in use, the wings fold up and the unit attaches to the left side of the Battlecruiser.

VR Turbo Cycle[]

The VR Turbo Cycle is a gift from Tyler Steele to Ryan to improve his chances of defeating Grimlord's army in all ways possible, the vehicle can fly as well as cruise on land. It is also equipped with a detachable side car.

VR Fighter Bike[]

The VR Fighter Bike is J.B.'s virtual battle motorcycle, that also has the ability of flight, in which it is sometimes referred to as the VR SkyCycle. JB added a prototype pollution-free engine created by Dr. Poindexter, which powered up the SkyCycle. It is normally stored aboard the VR Sky Base. It also uses an energy conversion attack, in which the rider and the SkyCycle become bathed in light and passes through the enemy to weaken it. It then makes an U-turn by becoming a ball of light.

VR Combat Module[]

The VR Combat Module is an all-terrain cruiser made of two vehicles, the combination of the VR Drill Tank & Blue Hawk (the jet fighter). Ryan accesses them in Season Two. It is stored inside the flying shuttlecraft form of Ryan's VR Shoulder Cannon.

VR Drill Tank[]

The VR Drill Tank utilizes a huge drill turbine to dig through hard surfaces. Ryan tended to use this component when Grimlord had underground operations, similar to that of the VR Battlecruiser; however, since the Drill Tank was part of his new powers, he no longer needed to use the Battlecruiser.

VR Blue Hawk[]

The VR Blue Hawk is a fast flying, laser-shooting jet, similar to the VR Interceptor (part of the Battlecruiser). Ryan would use it against air assaults from Grimstars. He only used this on solo missions, and would only use the Sky Base when teaming up with either or both of his fellow Troopers.

VR Nitro Cycle[]

The VR Nitro Cycle is used to replace the VR Turbo Cycle when Ryan gets his new powers in Season 2. His father designed the Nitro Cycle for him as he doesn't want Grimlord to get the upper hand in any way in this battle. It can also fly, going from ground to air; though unlike the Turbo Cycle, there is no detachable side car. Oraclon was able to create an uncontrollable copy of it once, to lead Ryan onto the Virtual Dark Fortress to battle him; however, Ryan was able to summon the real Nitro Cycle when he went to battle Oraclon in the Indigo Sector. It is stored aboard the flying shuttlecraft form of the VR Shoulder Cannon.
